Privacy policy
We process as little data as possible. This website sets no cookies, embeds no third-party fonts, maps or videos, and uses no analytics or tracking services.
1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website within the meaning of the GDPR is:
Dajana Böttger Kosmetikstudio "Pur Balance" Glambecker Ring 20 12679 Berlin Telefon: 030 / 93 66 30 20 E-Mail: [email protected]
2. Hosting and server log files
This website is operated by a hosting provider we have commissioned, with whom a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. When you access the website, the server automatically collects information transmitted by your browser (server log files).
- the address requested, and the date and time of access
- the amount of data transferred and confirmation of successful retrieval
- browser type, browser version and operating system used
- referrer URL
- IP address
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technically faultless operation and the security of the website. Log files are deleted after 14 days at the latest. These data are not merged with other data sources.
The website is delivered exclusively over encrypted HTTPS (TLS). You can recognise this by the padlock symbol in your browser.
3. Contact, appointment and voucher requests
If you send us an enquiry using the form on the contact page, we process the data you enter in order to answer your enquiry and to arrange the requested appointment or voucher with you. Depending on the type of enquiry, we process:
- first and last name and email address (required)
- your telephone number, if you provide it
- preferred treatment, preferred date and time of day
- for voucher enquiries: voucher type, amount or treatment, the recipient's name and the occasion
- your message, including any information about your suitability for a treatment that you volunteer
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry is directed at concluding or performing a treatment contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (answering general enquiries), together with your consent under Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR, which you give via the checkbox in the form.
Note on health data: information such as pregnancy, breastfeeding or pre-existing conditions constitutes health data under Art. 9 GDPR. Providing it is voluntary; we process it solely on the basis of your explicit consent under Art. 9 (2)(a) GDPR, so that we can treat you safely. If you would rather not submit such details via the form, please tell us in person at the studio instead.
Your enquiry is delivered to our mailbox by email and stored there. The only recipients of the data are our hosting and email providers, each acting as a processor. No transfer to third countries takes place. We delete enquiry data as soon as it is no longer required to answer you, and after two years at the latest; statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
If you instead call us, send a fax or write to us by email directly, we process the resulting data for the same purposes and on the same legal bases.
4. Consent and withdrawal
You can withdraw consent you have given at any time with effect for the future — informally by email to [email protected] or by phone. The lawfulness of processing carried out up to the point of withdrawal remains unaffected.
5. Your rights
You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
To exercise these rights, please use the contact details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for us, the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin.
6. Maps, fonts and external services
We do not embed a map on this website. The contact page contains only a link to Google Maps. Only if you actively click that link do you leave our website, at which point Google's privacy terms apply. As long as you do not click the link, no data is transmitted to Google.
All fonts are served from our own server. No cookies are set, no analytics or advertising services are used, and no social media plugins are embedded. That is why this website has no cookie banner.

For questions about data protection and to exercise your rights, you can reach us at [email protected] or by phone on +49 30 93 66 30 20. We are not legally required to appoint a data protection officer.
